Franco graduated in pre-law from Florida State University where he was selected to
“Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities,” as well as an “Outstanding Young Men in America”
award recipient, while also part of the F.S.U. football team.

Franco also graduated from the Institute of Biblical Studies (180 hours), has served as professor/teacher at
the AIMS school of ministry, and attended Bethel online Leadership School (Redding, Cal.).

He has been a special guest on national/international television & radio talk shows, churches, military
installments, university/ high school campuses and Pro/ Olympic teams speaking to over a quarter of a
million people throughout the world including the Congressional & Supreme
Court leadership of the nation of Peru, and Sierra Leone, West Africa.

His greatest accomplishment nevertheless, is that he has been a faithful husband, and the father of five
children who are growing daily in character and integrity.

Sam Hawkins serves as Global Reach Pastor of Church of the King. Mandeville, LA. He has labored as missions pastor, church planter, team builder, while helping pioneer missions for 48 years.

Sam also serves as professor for LEAD College and Oral Roberts University. Sam’s #1 mission is to help reach people around the world for Christ, while building solid lives for His kingdom.

While having a full-time career as a Creative Director and Brand Strategist, he has simultaneously developed dozens of longtime leaders and regularly built groups that provide mentorship and life coaching in professional life and family life. He is compelled by his passion for helping individuals optimize their lives for purpose, and is hard at work serving Florida and the nations, starting with loving his Dominican wife and four, gorgeous little girls.

Mary Lou Gennaro

Mary Lou has served for over a decade as vice-president and administrator for Victory Missions. She faithfully labors “behind the scenes” on the back lines, to help the rest of the Victory Alliance/Missions team do ministry well on the front lines.

Mary Lou is happily married to Victory Missions president (Franco). Together they have raised 5 children, two who were born overseas while living on the mission fields of Costa Rica and the Amazons of Peru.

Mary Lou has ministered at women leadership conferences around the world helping women fulfill their calling and full potential in Christ.

Beau has been a successful real estate developer in Indiana for many decades, as well as an author and minister. His heart’s desire is to reveal to our broken world the love of God the Father and bring hope, healing and restoration to those who have deep “father wounds.” Beau also has been very instrumental in helping reach the youth of our culture, while discipling young men to personal victory.

Beau has traveled extensively as an international conference speaker with Victory Alliance, sharing Biblical secrets of success to tens of thousands of university students and business leaders around the world.

WILLIAM WAGNER

Former US Federal Judge

Dr. William Wagner currently serves as President and Chairman of Salt & Light
Global.  In academia, he holds the academic rank of Distinguished Professor Emeritus.
He strategically works to ensure the next generation may do so free of
persecution. From a local township board to the United States Supreme Court, Prof. Wagner
speaks truth on behalf of the persecuted and most vulnerable.  Championing the cause of the
defenseless and oppressed, he fights for freedom of religion in public forums around the globe.
Prof. Wagner promotes good governance and speaks of Jesus in the public square.  Because Jesus calls us
to be Salt and Light in the world, he desires to see nations transform, darkness dissolve, and the
brokenhearted heal.
Professor Wagner’s public service includes serving as a Federal judge in the United States
Courts, legal counsel in the U.S. Senate, senior assistant United States attorney in the
Department of Justice, and as an American diplomat. He has had the honor of addressing the U.S.

Supreme Court and the United Nations, as well as governmental leaders around the world.
