"Missionary" does not just mean "international" to us. For twenty years,
Victory Missions has successfully turned around high schools and created leaders from students that possess such great potential and such little opportunity to access it. Modeled after Jesus' example of discipleship, one of the main goals of Victory Clubs is to raise up leaders within the school system instead of attempting to maintain a continuous influx of outside volunteers. Many students go on to receive training from Victory Missions to become leaders in ministry through teaching, mentoring, and hands on training, after which the students return to their communities ready to preach the gospel in a relevant way to those indigenous to their environment.

- The Leadership of tomorrow is presently studying
on the campuses (government, healthcare, media,
business, entertainment, sports, education, etc.)
- The values and philosophies being discussed on the
campuses today will become public policy within
10 -15 years
- Students on the campuses are more idealistic and
capable to be trained for good or evil
- Universities and high schools have the greatest
concentration of the masses for evangelism
- God promises that he will pour out His spirit in
the last days upon our sons and daughters - Acts 2
- The great majority of the world's revolutions
began or had their roots on campuses
- The introduction of new ideas are more quickly
disseminated amongst the youth on the campuses
than in the general public - students form these
ideologies outside of parental influences
